Collection of Business Privilege/Mercantile and Local Services Tax.

Business privilege and Mercantile Taxes are due on April 15. The tax is computed on gross x .0015 for retail, and .0010 for wholesale.

Questions concerning these taxes can be directed to the York County Earned Income Tax Bureau. York County Earned Income Tax Bureau has become our Business Privilege/Mercantile, Local  Services Tax collector. The Bureau started collecting our taxes April 2003. SEWER AND TRASH BILLING

West Manchester Township System bills are mailed quarterly, January, April, July, and October. West Manchester Township sewer bills may be paid at Sovereign Bank located at 1940 Carlisle Road and 1442 Bannister Street or mailed to P.O. Box 37300, Baltimore, MD 21297-3300.  Customers have the ability to do automatic Debit to their accounts for payment of sewer/trash.

Water to Shiloh Customers is provided by the West Manchester Township Water Authority, 2115 Log Cabin road. This water is provided through a ground system and is fluorinated. The fluoride ratio is 9-1.0 parts per million. (Refer to the West Manchester Township authority Annual Water quality Report.)

Water to Lincolnway customers is provided by the York Water Company.
