The West Manchester Township Police Department is seeking to hire a full-time Administrative Assistant. This position will consist of various duties for the Police Department and office staff including filing, answering the phone, records management system and PLEAC accreditation. Qualified candidates will possess knowledge, skills and abilities in the areas of Microsoft Office programs, computer systems, social media platforms and other technological processes. A high school diploma or higher is preferred. Qualified candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check and meet requirements for CLEAN and J-NET certifications. Successful candidates will receive a salary (DOQ), health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance and municipal retirements benefits.
