Township staff received an application for a Zoning Ordinance text amendment to the R-4 zoning district and a rezoning request from the owners of two (2) parcels located at Roosevelt Avenue, Kenneth Road and Westgate Drive (51-000-JH-0013-00 and 51-000-34-0002-00). The application will be reviewed in person at the Planning Commission meeting on July 14, 2020, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. At this meeting, the Planning Commission will consider the application and forward their recommendation to the West Manchester Township Board of Supervisors.

This meeting will be OPEN to the public. This meeting will not be live-streamed over the West Manchester Township Parks & Recreation Facebook page. Interested Township Residents attending this meeting should practice social distancing and wear a mask at all times while in the Township building.

Interested parties may view the rezoning request documents at the Township office during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
