ROOSEVELT AVENUE, KENNETH ROAD & WESTGATE DRIVE – REZONING REQUEST – 8-11-2020

Township staff received an application for a rezoning request from the owners of two (2) parcels located at Roosevelt Avenue, Kenneth Road and Westgate Drive (51-000-JH-0013-00 and 51-000-34-0002-00). The application will be reviewed by the Planning Commission over a virtual meeting using the “Zoom” application on August 11, 2020, beginning at 7:00 p.m.  At this virtual meeting, the Planning Commission will consider the application and forward their recommendation to the West Manchester Township Board of Supervisors.

This meeting will be not be open to the public due to the Governor’s orders to reduce indoor gatherings to a maximum of 25 persons.  However, the meeting will be live-streamed for public viewing on the West Manchester Township Parks & Recreation Facebook page beginning at 7:00 p.m.  At the beginning of the broadcast, and on the notice posted at the entrance to the Township Building, a telephone number will be provided for interested parties to call in to ask questions or make a statement regarding each agenda item.  In addition, any questions concerning the agenda items may be emailed to rsampere@wmtwp.com or mailed to the attention of the Zoning Officer at the Township building address, provided the questions are received no later than August 7, 2020.

Interested parties may view the rezoning request documents at the Township office during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
