PUBLIC NOTICE – ZONING HEARING BOARD MEETING – OCTOBER 28, 2025

The West Manchester Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet in person on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. and will be broadcasted through the Zoom application for those wanting to view from home.  

Interested parties may view the Zoning Hearing Board’s meeting agenda by clicking on the Boards & Committees tab on the Township’s website.

Please be advised that the meeting will no longer be broadcasted through the West Manchester Township Parks & Recreation Facebook page.  Those interested in viewing the meeting through Zoom may click on the link provided below and use the code 552684 to access the meeting.  Questions or comments will not be taken over the Zoom app. Please call into the Township before noon on October 27, 2025, with any questions or comments (717-792-3505), or attend the public meeting at the Township Municipal building located at 380 East Berlin Road, York, PA 17408.

ZHB 25-20 – Linlo Realty, Inc. –  requests a variance §150-321.A to reduce the area required for an outdoor play for a proposed commercial day care facility; and to allow the outdoor play area to be located within a front yard area of a property that has more than one front yard area; and a variance to allow the outdoor play area to be closer than 25 feet from all property lines (requesting 5 feet from the side property line located at 1925 Kenneth Road (Tax Map:  26; Parcel: 0225) in the Professional Office (PO) Zone.
