Rent Our Fire Hall for Events!
All hall rentals are held at Shiloh Fire Company 2190 Carlisle Rd York, PA 17408. For information please call 717-870-7839. Social Hall details and rates can be found below.
**Requesting a day does not guarantee you a room until a lease agreement is signed**
Pricing
- Small Hall (A or B): $70 per hour
- Up to and including the fourth hour
- 5 hours and over is a flat fee of $350
- Large Hall (A & B): $130 per hour
- Up to and including the fourth hour
- 5 hours and over is a flat fee of $650
- Kitchen: Flat fee of $150
- Includes use of:
- all counter space
- 6 burner stove
- 2 ovens
- Sinks
- Microwave
- Refrigerator/freezer
- Includes use of:
Security Deposit

- Without Alcohol: $150
- With Alcohol: $300
- A one day insurance rider must be obtained through homeowners insurance or an insurance company for $1 million dollars
**In order to receive your security deposit back, all criteria stated in the contract must be met.**
Social Hall A
Holds 100 people. You have the option of using 8ft long tables or 5ft round tables. You also have the option for use of the kitchen.
Social Hall B
Holds 100 people. You have the option of usisng 8ft long tables or 5ft round tables. There is no kitchen use with this room.
Social Hall A & B
Is the combination of Hall A and B. The hall holds 200 people. You have the option of 8ft long tables or 5ft round tables. You also have the option for use of the kitchen.
**Kitchen use is available at an additional charge. Use of the kitchen entails use of the refrigerator/freezer, stoves, and ovens. Use of the commercial dishwasher, fryers, grill, and convection ovens is not allowed.
**Microphones are available upon request in either room.
