HERBERT, ROWLAND, & GRUBIC, INC. (HRG) APPOINTED TOWNSHIP ENGINEER

West Manchester Township is pleased to announce that we have selected Herbert, Rowland, & Grubic, Inc. (HRG) as our 2026 Retained Engineer of Record. Over the past six months, HRG was retained by the Township as their special projects engineer. HRG is a full-service engineering firm that can offer the Township a wide range of in-house expertise for the Township’s specific needs. HRG has over 60 years of experience in municipal engineering and is currently retained by 96 local municipalities and counties throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. HRG has approximately four hundred professional company-wide with all the requisite engineers, technical specialists, and support staff to handle any assignment given. The Township looks forward to with HRG to address many needs of the community in the coming years.
