The History
Happy Trails exists because one person cared deeply about this land. Janet M. Anderson believed nature should be protected, not polished. Her legacy keeps this space growing, quietly, and naturally.Â
Community built! Volunteers, partners, and neighbors helped shape Happy Trails. Special thanks to Troop #94 who created the wooden benches. We want to thank Sabine Harvey, Lowe’s of York, and Normandie Ridge for the support and dedication.Â
Park Amenities
Enjoy this .5 mile trail with 8 foot wide ADA accessible paths and plenty of benches in a serene nature setting. This area is located on a 4 acre lot, with another trail (more moderate of a hike). This park is age friendly with intergenerational learning! An ADA port-o-john is available April – Sept.Â
